Announcement: Extension of Paper Submission Deadline
It is hereby announced that, following the requests of researchers and those interested in participating in the 6th Seminar on Spatial Statistics and Its Applications, the deadline for paper submission has been extended to September 27, 2025 (1404/07/05 in the Iranian calendar).

Keynote Speakers Announced for the 6th Seminar on Spatial Statistics and Its Applications
The 6th Seminar on Spatial Statistics and Its Applications will be held with the presence of distinguished international keynote speakers. In this event, prominent professors from leading universities and research centers around the world, including Prof. Noel Cressie (Australia), Prof. Jorge Mateu (Spain), Prof. Mohsen Mohammadzadeh (Iran), Prof. Mahmoud Torabi (Canada), Dr. Mehdi Maadooliat (USA), and Dr. Zahra Amini Farsani (Germany), will present their latest scientific achievements in various fields such as spatial statistics, infectious disease modeling, machine learning, and biomedical data analysis.

The first call for the 6th Biennial Seminar on Spatial Statistics and Its Applications on the topic of Artificial Intelligence will be held from October 29 to 30, 2025, hosted by the Statistics Department of Semnan University and in collaboration with the Scientific Center for Spatial and Spatio-Temporal Data Analysis of Tarbiat Modares University and the Iranian Statistical Association. Registration and submission of papers is possible from July 22, 2025 by visiting the seminar system at http://spatial6.semnan.ac.ir. The deadline for submitting papers is Sep. 22, 2025.
